Mike is a Certified KCBS Master Judge and a member of Velvet Smoke Professional BBQ Team. Often we are asked what a BBQ Competition is like, so we decided to travel the country and blog about competitions, BBQ joints we find along the way, the small towns we discover and National Parks where we like to camp.
